TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In April 2026, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.27% in nominal terms and decreased by 2.79% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 25.97% in nominal terms and decreased by 4.84% in real terms when compared to April 2025.
In April 2026, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 2.10% in nominal terms and decreased by 2.00% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 27.56% in nominal terms and decreased by 3.63% in real terms when compared to April 2025.
