TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In July 2026, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 0.97% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.80% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 21.47% in nominal terms and decreased by 7.81% in real terms when compared to July 2025.
In July 2026, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 3.00% in nominal terms and 1.19% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 24.83% in nominal terms and decreased by 5.25% in real terms when compared to July 2025.
