In January 2026, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.29% in nominal terms and decreased by 3.39% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 29.62% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.79% in real terms when compared to January 2025.
In January 2026, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 0.50% in nominal terms and decreased by 4.14% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 29.52% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.87% in real terms when compared to January 2025.
