Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.62 points, from 78.91 to 79.53, which represents an increase of 0.78% in July 2022. Prices also increased 2.84% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.84 points, from 87.55 to 88.39, which represents an increase of 0.96% in July 2022. Prices also increased 9.94% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.34 points, from 70.08 to 69.74, which represents a decrease of 0.49% in July 2022. Prices also decreased 0.62% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.46 points, from 84.19 to 85.65, which represents an increase of 1.73% in July 2022. Prices also increased 23.69% y-o- y.
