Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.17 points, from 79.53 to 79.70, which represents an increase of 0.22% in August 2022. Prices also increased 2.69% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.42 points, from 88.39 to 88.81, which represents an increase of 0.48% in August 2022. Prices also increased 8.78% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.44 points, from 69.74 to 70.18, which represents an increased of 0.63% in August 2022. Prices decreased 0.10% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.00 points, from 85.65 to 86.65, which represents an increase of 1.17% in August 2022. Prices also increased 24.78% y-o-y.
