• According to the Residential Sales Prices in August 2023, there is 6.34% nominal increase when compared to the previous month and also 92.10% nominal increase when compared to August 2022.
• According to the Residential Rent Prices in August 2023, there is 10.04% nominal increase when compared to the previous month and also 137.24% nominal increase when compared to August 2022.
