Dubaiβs residential sales price index declined by 1.07% MoM while increasing 3.58% YoY, while the rent price index declined by 2.08% MoM and decreased by 0.63% YoY.
In Abu Dhabi, the residential sales price index declined by 0.37% MoM while increasing 23.77% YoY, with the rent price index declining by 1.75% MoM while increasing 6.89% YoY.
Across the northern emirates, Ras Al Khaimahβs apartment sales price index declined by 0.17% MoM while remaining 25.63% higher YoY, and Ajmanβs apartment sales price index declined by 2.44% MoM while increasing 3.12% YoY.
Sharjahβs apartment sales price index declined by 1.44% MoM, while remaining 5.63% lower on a year-on-year basis.
