In May 2026, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.08% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.62% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 24.13% in nominal terms and decreased by 6.40% in real terms when compared to May 2025.
In May 2026, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 2.39% in nominal terms and 0.66% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 26.47% in nominal terms and decreased by 4.63% in real terms when compared to May 2025.
