TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In February 2026, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 3.33% in nominal terms and 0.36% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 30.30% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.94% in real terms when compared to February 2025.
In February 2026, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 1.91% in nominal terms and decreased by 1.02% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 29.12% in nominal terms and decreased by 1.84% in real terms when compared to February 2025.
