Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index decreased by 0.11 points, from 91.02 to 90.91, which represents a decrease of 0.12% in October 2024. Prices increased 9.30% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.65 points, from 128.27 to 129.92, which represents an increase of 1.29% in October 2024. Prices also increased 19.88% y-o-y.
