RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE INDICES
• Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.42 points, from 82.75 to 83.17, which represents an increase of 0.51% in October 2023. Prices also increased 3.32% y-o-y.
• Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.97 points, from 107.41 to 108.38, which represents an increase of 0.91% in October 2023. Prices also increased 19.13% y-o-y.
• Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.83 points, from 71.05 to 71.88, which represents an increase of 1.17% in October 2023. Prices also increased 1.95% y-o-y.
• Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.28 points, from 107.12 to 108.40, which represents an increase of 1.20% in October 2023. Prices also increased 19.69% y-o-y.
