Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.12 points, from 90.91 to 92.03, which represents an increase of 1.24% in November 2024. Prices also increased 10.17% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.68 points, from 129.92 to 130.60, which represents an increase of 0.52% in November 2024. Prices also increased 19.46% y-o-y.
