TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In November 2024, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 2.14% in nominal terms and decreased 0.10% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 32.66% in nominal terms and decreased by 9.81% in real terms when compared to November 2023.
In November 2024, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 0.97% in nominal terms and decreased 1.25% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 60.26% in nominal terms and 8.95% in real terms when compared to November 2023.
