RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE INDICES
• Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.84 points, from 80.29 to 81.13, which represents an increase of 1.05% in June 2023. Prices also increased 2.81% y- o-y.
• Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.19 points, from 101.17 to 102.36, which represents an increase of 1.18% in June 2023. Prices also increased 16.91% y- o-y.
• Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.30 points, from 70.67 to 70.37, which represents a decrease of 0.43% in June 2023. Prices increased 0.41% y-o-y.
• Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.02 points, from 102.36 to 103.38, which represents an increase of 1.00% in June 2023. Prices also increased 22.79% y- o-y.
