• Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.18 points, from 80.11 to 80.29, which represents an increase of 0.23% in May 2023. Prices also increased 1.92% y- o-y.
• Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.77 points, from 99.40 to 101.17, which represents an increase of 1.77% in May 2023. Prices also increased 15.91% y- o-y.

• Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.13 points, from 70.54 to 70.67, which represents an increase of 0.18% in May 2023. Prices also increased 0.03% y-o-y.
• Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.96 points, from 101.40 to 102.36, which represents an increase of 0.95% in May 2023. Prices also increased 24.23% y- o-y.
