RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE INDICES
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.11 points, from 92.03 to 93.14, which represents an increase of 1.21% in December 2024. Prices also increased 11.12% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.55 points, from 130.60 to 131.15, which represents an increase of 0.43% in December 2024. Prices also increased 18.03% y-o-y.
