RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE INDICES
• Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.48 points, from 82.08 to 82.56, which represents an increase of 0.59% in August 2023. Prices also increased 3.58% y-o-y.
• Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.82 points, from 104.42 to 106.24, which represents an increase of 1.74% in August 2023. Prices also increased 19.62% y-o-y.
• Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.03 points, from 70.01 to 69.98, which represents a decrease of 0.05% in August 2023. Prices also decreased 0.28% y-o-y.
• Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.96 points, from 104.47 to 105.43, which represents an increase of 0.92% in August 2023. Prices also increased 21.67% y-o-y.
