Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 2.13 points, from 117.87 to 120.00, which represents an increase of 1.81% in April 2024. Prices also increased 20.72% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.74 points, from 75.79 to 76.53, which represents an increase of 0.98% in April 2024. Prices also increased 8.49% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.62 points, from 120.82 to 122.44, which represents an increase of 1.34% in April 2024. Prices also increased 20.75% y-o-y.
