Dubai’s residential sales price index declined by 1.76% MoM while increasing 6.09% YoY, while the rent price index decreased by 2.09% MoM while increasing 1.55% YoY.
In Abu Dhabi, the residential sales price index declined by 0.32% MoM while increasing 27.76% YoY, with the rent price index declining by 1.30% MoM while increasing 12.02% YoY.
Across the northern emirates, Ras Al Khaimah’s apartment sales price index declined by 0.32% MoM while remaining 32.04% higher YoY, and Ajman’s apartment sales price index declined by 4.06% MoM while increasing 5.18% YoY.
Sharjah’s apartment sales price index increased by 0.33% MoM, while remaining 3.46% lower on a year on year basis.
