In September 2026, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.66% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.18% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 20.81% in nominal terms and decreased by 6.88% in real terms when compared to September 2025.
In September 2026, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 1.58% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.25% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 24.83% in nominal terms and decreased by 3.77% in real terms when compared to September 2025.
