Using Reidin Asking data from January 2025 to August 2026, the analysis compares monthly listing volumes, growth patterns, and each group’s share of advertised resale supply. The findings show closely aligned movements across both groups, with no sustained shift in listing share towards either category. Listing data complements completed transactions by showing how advertised resale supply is evolving. Through this collaboration, Reidin examines less-discussed aspects of the real estate market.
