TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In September 2025, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.79% in nominal terms and decreased by 1.40% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 36.53% in nominal terms and 2.43% in real terms when compared to September 2024.
In September 2025, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 2.00% in nominal terms and decreased by 1.20% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 35.49% in nominal terms and 1.64% in real terms when compared to September 2024.
