In September 2024, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.78% in nominal terms and decreased 1.16% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 34.74% in nominal terms and decreased by 9.80% in real terms when compared to September 2023.
In September 2024, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 2.94% in nominal terms and decreased 0.03% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 65.96% in nominal terms and 11.09% in real terms when compared to September 2023.
