TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In May 2024, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 2.61% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.73% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 57.32% in nominal terms and decreased by 10.33% in real terms when compared to May 2023.
In May 2024, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 4.88% in nominal terms and 1.46% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 100.97% in nominal terms and 14.55% in real terms when compared to May 2023.
