In June 2026, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.40% in nominal terms and 0.41% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 23.31% in nominal terms and decreased by 6.66% in real terms when compared to June 2025.
In June 2026, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 3.47% in nominal terms and 2.46% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 25.55% in nominal terms and decreased by 4.96% in real terms when compared to June 2025.
