TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In July 2024, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.39% in nominal terms and decreased 1.78% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 44.67% in nominal terms and decreased by 10.58% in real terms when compared to July 2023.
In July 2024, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 6.05% in nominal terms and 2.74% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 80.76% in nominal terms and 11.73% in real terms when compared to July 2023.
