TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In December 2025, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.95% in nominal terms and 1.05% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 32.68% in nominal terms and 1.37% in real terms when compared to December 2024.
In December 2025, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 1.14% in nominal terms and 0.25% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 32.21% in nominal terms and 1.01% in real terms when compared to December 2024.
