TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In August 2024, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.82% in nominal terms and decreased 0.64% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 38.51% in nominal terms and decreased by 8.86% in real terms when compared to August 2023.
In August 2024, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 5.62% in nominal terms and 3.07% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 73.49% in nominal terms and 14.16% in real terms when compared to August 2023.
