Prices increased 1.59% y-o-y.Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.48 points, from 86.80 to 87.28, which represents an increase of 0.56% in May 2022. Prices also increased 10.94% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.13 points, from 70.78 to 70.65, which represents a decrease of 0.19% in May 2022. Prices increased 1.49% y-o-y.Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.23 points, from 80.62 to 80.39, which represents an increase of 2.20% in May 2022. Prices also increased 19.11% y-o-y.
