According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index in May 2022 there is 11.67% nominal increase with respect to the previous month and in compliance with May 2021 there is 52.59% nominal increase.
According to the results of REIDIN-GYODER New Home Price Index in May 2022 there is nominal increase of 5.43% in 1+1 flat type; nominal increase of 11.41% in 2+1 flat type; nominal increase of 13.59% in 3+1 flat type and nominal increase of 18.38% in 4+1 flat type with respect to the previous month.
