RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE INDICES
• Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.19 points, from 82.56 to 82.75, which represents an increase of 0.23% in September 2023. Prices also increased 2.74% y-o-y.
• Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.17 points, from 106.24 to 107.41, which represents an increase of 1.10% in September 2023. Prices also increased 19.59% y-o-y.
•Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.07 points, from 69.98 to 71.05, which represents an increase of 1.53% in September 2023. Prices also increased 1.32% y-o-y.
•Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.69 points, from 105.43 to 107.12, which represents an increase of 1.60% in September 2023. Prices also increased 20.64% y-o-y.
