Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.99 points, from 95.89 to 96.88, which represents an increase of 1.03% in March 2025. Prices also increased 12.82% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.76 points, from 135.58 to 137.34, which represents an increase of 1.29% in March 2025. Prices also increased 16.51% y-o-y.
