Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 4.10 points, from 103.58 to 107.68, which represents an increase of 3.96% in July 2025. Prices also increased 20.72% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.92 points, from 141.10 to 142.02, which represents an increase of 0.65% in July 2025. Prices also increased 13.27% y-o-y.
