Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.40 points, from 84.95 to 85.35, which represents an increase of 0.47% in February 2024. Prices also increased 6.90% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 2.52 points, from 112.86 to 115.38, which represents an increase of 2.24% in February 2024. Prices also increased 20.34% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.06 points, from 74.82 to 74.88, which represents an increase of 0.09% in February 2024. Prices also increased 7.14% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 3.08 points, from 115.28 to 118.36, which represents an increase of 2.68% in February 2024. Prices also increased 20.38% y-o-y.
