Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.84 points, from 79.70 to 80.54, which represents an increase of 1.05% in September 2022. Prices also increased 3.14% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.01 points, from 88.81 to 89.82, which represents an increase of 1.13% in September 2022. Prices also increased 8.89% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.06 points, from 70.18 to 70.12, which represents a decrease of 0.08% in September 2022. Prices also decreased 0.49% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 2.14 points, from 86.65 to 88.79, which represents an increase of 2.47% in September 2022. Prices also increased 26.56% y-o-y.
