Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index decreased by 0.20 points, from 80.50 to 80.30, which represents a decrease of 0.24% in November 2022. Prices increased 2.50% y-o-y. Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.94 points, from 90.98 to 91.92, which represents an increase of 1.03% in November 2022. Prices also increased 9.50% y-o-y. Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.08 points, from 70.51 to 70.59, which represents an increase of 0.12% in November 2022. Prices decreased 0.80% y-o-y. Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.55 points, from 90.57 to 92.12, which represents an increase of 1.71% in November 2022. Prices also increased 27.30% y-o-y.
