Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.27 points, from 87.28 to 87.55, which represents an increase of 0.31% in June 2022. Prices also increased 10.12% y-o- y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.57 points, from 70.65 to 70.08, which represents a decrease of 0.81% in June 2022. Prices increased 0.12% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 3.80 points, from 80.39 to 84.19, which represents an increase of 2.18% in June 2022. Prices also increased
21.65% y-o- y.
