Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index decreased by 0.44 points, from 80.30 to 79.86, which represents a decrease of 0.56% in December 2022. Prices increased 1.46% y-o-y. Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.57 points, from 91.92 to 92.49, which represents an increase of 0.62% in December 2022. Prices also increased 9.53% y-o-y. Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.30 points, from 70.59 to 70.29, which represents a decrease of 0.43% in December 2022. Prices also decreased 1.01% y-o-y. Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.71 points, from 92.12 to 93.83, which represents an increase of 1.86% in December 2022. Prices also increased 26.88% y-o-y.
