Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.19 points, from 86.61 to 86.80, which represents an increase of 0.22% in April 2022. Prices also increased 10.99% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index decreased by 0.23 points, from 71.01 to 70.78, which represents a decrease of 0.31% in April 2022. Prices increased 1.32% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.69 points, from 78.93 to 80.62, which represents an increase of 2.15% in April 2022. Prices also increased 16.23% y-o-y.
