TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In June 2025, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 2.07% in nominal terms and 0.69% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 34.74% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.23% in real terms when compared to June 2024.
In June 2025, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 4.23% in nominal terms and 2.82% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 44.02% in nominal terms and 6.64% in real terms when compared to June 2024.
