TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In August 2025, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 2.05% in nominal terms and 0.01% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 36.52% in nominal terms and 2.68% in real terms when compared to August 2024.
In August 2025, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 2.67% in nominal terms and 0.62% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 36.74% in nominal terms and 2.85% in real terms when compared to August 2024.
