In our new REIDIN report, Branded Residences 2025: A Structural Analysis of Supply, Pricing & Typology, we map every branded project in the city 114 developments representing 37,494 units. Hospitality-branded schemes dominate and Supply by Bedroom configuration across all branded typologies showcasing that studios and one-bedroom units account for approximately 56% of total inventory. Inventory is geographically concentrated, with Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Dubai Marina accounting for the highest share of branded units.
