In August 2026, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 1.62% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.22% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 20.96% in nominal terms and decreased by 8.02% in real terms when compared to August 2025.
In August 2026, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 3.09% in nominal terms and 1.22% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 25.35% in nominal terms and decreased by 4.69% in real terms when compared to August 2025.
