TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In July 2025, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 2.50% in nominal terms and 0.43% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 36.21% in nominal terms and 2.01% in real terms when compared to July 2024.
In July 2025, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 3.59% in nominal terms and 1.50% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 40.67% in nominal terms and 5.35% in real terms when compared to July 2024.
