Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 2.83 points, from 99.67 to 102.50, which represents an increase of 2.84% in May 2025. Prices also increased 18.16% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.84 points, from 138.66 to 140.50, which represents an increase of 1.33% in May 2025. Prices also increased 15.60% y-o-y.
