RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE INDICES
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.87 points, from 89.20 to 90.07, which represents an increase of 0.98% in August 2024. Prices also increased 9.10% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 2.46 points, from 125.39 to 127.85, which represents an increase of 1.96% in August 2024. Prices also increased 20.34% y-o-y.
