RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE INDICES
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.11 points, from 88.09 to 89.20, which represents an increase of 1.26% in July 2024. Prices also increased 8.68% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.28 points, from 124.11 to 125.39, which represents an increase of 1.03% in July 2024. Prices also increased 20.08% y-o-y.
