Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.93 points, from 85.81 to 86.74, which represents an increase of 1.08% in May 2024. Prices also increased 8.04% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.53 points, from 120.00 to 121.53, which represents an increase of 1.27% in May 2024. Prices also increased 20.13% y-o-y.
