TURKEY RESIDENTIAL SALES AND RENT PRICE CHANGES
In April 2024, Turkey Residential Sales Prices increased by 2.72% in nominal terms and decreased by 0.45% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 61.95% in nominal terms and decreased by 4.62% in real terms when compared to April 2023.
In April 2024, Turkey Residential Rent Prices increased by 4.09% in nominal terms and 0.89% in real terms compared to the previous month and also increased by 108.88% in nominal terms and 23.01% in real terms when compared to April 2023.
