Abu Dhabi Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 0.28 points, from 83.54 to 83.82, which represents an increase of 0.34% in December 2023. Prices also increased 4.96% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Sales Price Index increased by 1.80 points, from 109.32 to 111.12, which represents an increase of 1.65% in December 2023. Prices also increased 20.14% y-o-y.
Abu Dhabi Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 0.62 points, from 72.41 to 73.03, which represents an increase of 0.86% in December 2023. Prices also increased 3.91% y-o-y.
Dubai Residential Property Rent Price Index increased by 1.77 points, from 109.82 to 111.59, which represents an increase of 1.62% in December 2023. Prices also increased 18.93% y-o-y.
